What each tool costs
Every run shows its credit cost before you start. The cost is the same on every plan.
- One run costs the credits shown. Extra steps of the same run (for example the steps of a Content Automation pipeline) are included in its price.
- Not happy with a result? Run it again with exactly the same input (for example retrying one step, or the same URL) up to 2 more times at no extra cost, shortly after the first run. Further re-runs cost 1 credit (2 for Heavy and Mega tools), and re-runs never cost more than a fresh run of that tool.
- If a run fails or returns an answer that cannot be read, your credits are refunded automatically.
Credit top-ups
Run out before the month ends? Add credits any time, with no plan change and no automatic renewal. Top-up credits last 12 months and are used after your monthly credits.
Top-ups are added to the account you are signed in to. Top-up credits stay valid for 12 months from purchase and carry over month to month. Top-ups are not refundable.
Common questions
What is a credit?+
A credit is how we meter AI work. Quick tools cost 1 credit, standard analyses 3, deep analyses 8 and the largest jobs (such as the AI SEO Engine) 20. Running the same tool again within a short working session counts as one click, not many, and a run that fails is refunded automatically. Your credit balance is always visible in the pill at the bottom-left of the dashboard.
What is premium data?+
Some tools pull live data from third parties: AI-answer checks, search volumes, backlink data and contact lookups. These cost us real money per request, so each plan includes a monthly allowance on top of credits. Free: 5 AI-answer checks. Starter: 60 / 40 / 30 / 10 (AI answers / volumes / backlinks / contact lookups). Pro: 200 / 150 / 100 / 40. Agency: 600 / 500 / 400 / 150.
What happens when I run out of credits?+
You have three options: buy a top-up pack (credits last 12 months), upgrade your plan, or keep going in lite mode — the quick 1-credit tools stay available, up to 10 runs a day, until your credits renew. Nothing is deleted and you never get charged automatically. We email you at 80% and 100% use.
Do unused credits roll over?+
On paid plans, 20% of your monthly credits (for example 60 on Starter) roll over for 45 days if you were on a paid plan the month before. Top-up credits are separate and last 12 months. Free-plan credits do not roll over.
Can I earn extra credits?+
Yes. Connect your Google account for a one-time +10 credits, and refer a friend: when they make their first paid run you each get +20 credits (up to 10 friends).
Is the AI visibility audit really free?+
Yes, on every plan, with no card and no credits. Visitors get a score and the top findings; signed-in users get the full report, can re-run an audit as often as they like (up to 30 a day), and keep every audit for 12 months to track their score over time. You can delete audits at any time from My audits.
What can I use on the Free plan?+
Your 20 monthly credits work on the core products. Ten advanced products (such as Competitor Intelligence, Digital PR Engine, AI SEO Engine and the Marketing Command Centre) are available on paid plans, and the E-E-A-T Scorer is limited to one run a month on Free.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from your account dashboard at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period and your plan then moves to Free.
What is your refund policy?+
If you are not happy, tell us within 14 days of your first subscription payment and, provided you have used less than 25% of that month's credits, we will refund it in full. Renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel before the next one. Top-up packs are not refundable, but their credits stay in your account for 12 months from purchase. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, and refunds go back to the original payment method. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.
How do Agency team seats work?+
The Agency plan includes 3 seats, each with its own login and dashboard. Credits are currently allocated per login rather than pooled across seats; if you need a shared pool, contact us before purchase.
