Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SEOGEO360 Chrome browser extension, the web platform at seogeo360.com, the Community platform, the dashboard, and all associated products and services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by SEOGEO360 ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

By doing any of the following you agree to these Terms in full:

• Creating an account on seogeo360.com
• Installing or using the SEOGEO360 Chrome extension
• Subscribing to any paid plan
• Using any AI tool, the dashboard, or the Community platform
• Posting content in the Community

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. What Is SEOGEO360

SEOGEO360 is an AI-powered SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) platform. It comprises:

• 28 AI-powered dashboard tools — covering AI search intelligence, keyword research, content optimisation, competitive intelligence, technical SEO, and marketing automation
• A Community platform — a public knowledge-sharing forum at seogeo360.com/community/ where users post discussions, share insights, answer questions, and earn Signal Points
• A Chrome browser extension — for on-page GEO scoring and analysis directly in the browser
• An analytics and reporting system — for tracking content quality, engagement, and SEO performance within the Community

3. Accounts & Registration

To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and immediately notify us of any unauthorised access
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Not create accounts for others without their consent
• Not create more than one personal account (multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits is prohibited)

You may register using your email and password, or via Google OAuth. By using Google OAuth, you authorise us to access your Google account's email address and profile ID for authentication purposes only.

We reserve the right to refuse registration or terminate accounts at our discretion, including if we determine that you are under 16 years of age, have provided false information, or are in breach of these Terms.

4. Platform Tools

SEOGEO360 provides 28 AI-powered tools accessible via the dashboard at seogeo360.com. Use of these tools is subject to the following:

• Rate limits: Each plan includes a defined number of tool runs per day/month. Exceeding your plan limit will result in prompts to upgrade. Automated bulk scraping via the tools is prohibited.
• Acceptable inputs: You may only submit URLs, content, or keywords that you have the right to analyse. You must not submit content that violates third-party intellectual property rights.
• Results: AI-generated tool outputs are provided for informational purposes. They may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You are responsible for independently verifying any output before acting on it.
• No data storage guarantee: Tool results are provided for your current session. We do not guarantee long-term storage of tool outputs. Save results you need to keep.

5. Chrome Extension

The SEOGEO360 Chrome extension is subject to the Chrome Web Store Developer Programme Policies in addition to these Terms. By installing the extension:

• You grant the extension permission to read the active tab's page content only when you explicitly click the extension icon
• The extension does not run in the background and does not collect browsing history
• Extension analysis is performed on-device; only a compact scan summary is sent to our servers
• You must not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or modify the extension code
• The extension requires a valid SEOGEO360 account; using the extension with a shared or fraudulently obtained account is prohibited

We may update the extension at any time to add features, fix bugs, or ensure compliance with Chrome Web Store policies. Updates are applied automatically via the Chrome Web Store update mechanism.

6. AI-Powered Features

Our tools use Google Gemini AI to generate analysis, suggestions, and content summaries. By using AI-powered features, you acknowledge:

• AI limitations: AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or outdated. AI-generated content should be reviewed by a qualified professional before use in any important context.
• No legal/medical/financial advice: Nothing generated by our AI tools constitutes legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. Do not rely on AI outputs for decisions with significant consequences without independent verification.
• Content sent to AI: Text and URLs you submit to AI tools are processed by Google's Gemini API. By using these features, you consent to this processing under Google's terms. Do not submit confidential, privileged, or sensitive personal information to AI tools.
• Output ownership: To the extent permitted by law, AI-generated outputs provided to you by the tools are owned by you. However, similar outputs may be generated for other users, and we make no exclusivity guarantees.

7. Community Platform

The SEOGEO360 Community is a public, moderated knowledge-sharing forum. By participating:

• You confirm you are at least 16 years old
• You understand that content you post is publicly visible on seogeo360.com and may be indexed by search engines
• You grant SEOGEO360 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and promote your posted content as part of operating the platform
• You understand that moderators may edit, feature, improve (via AI rewriting), or remove your content at their discretion
• You understand that your Signal Points balance, tier, and display name are publicly visible on the leaderboard

Signal Points (SP)

Signal Points are a gamification measure of contribution quality. They have no monetary value, cannot be transferred, cannot be redeemed for cash or products, and may be adjusted or removed by moderators for violations of these Terms or the Community Guidelines. Signal Points do not constitute property of any kind.

AI quality scoring

When you submit a Community post, our system may use AI to assign a quality score (0–100) and generate suggestions to improve your post. This is done to maintain content quality for the benefit of all Community members. You may choose to use or ignore AI suggestions.

8. Community Conduct Rules

You must not post content that:

• Is spam, promotional, or an advertisement for a product or service not relevant to the discussion
• Contains false, misleading, or deliberately inaccurate information
• Is abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory
• Infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Contains personal data of others without their consent
• Promotes illegal activity
• Is off-topic or fails to meet the minimum quality threshold for the relevant channel

You must not:

• Create multiple accounts to inflate your Signal Points or game the reputation system
• Vote on your own content using secondary accounts
• Use automated tools to mass-post content
• Impersonate other users, moderators, or SEOGEO360 staff

9. Content Moderation

SEOGEO360 moderates Community content to maintain quality and safety. Our moderation system operates as follows:

• AI scoring: All submitted content receives an AI quality score (0–100). Content scoring below 40 is automatically flagged for review.
• Human review: Moderators review flagged content and content reported by users. Actions include: approve, request improvement, reject, or permanent removal.
• Improvement requests: If your content is flagged for improvement, you will be notified and given the opportunity to revise it before any removal action.
• Reporting: Users may report content that violates these Terms. Reports are reviewed within 5 business days.
• Appeals: If you believe your content was incorrectly removed, contact help@seogeo360.com (subject: Support Request) with the thread URL and your account email. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Moderator decisions on content quality and platform integrity are final. Repeated violations will result in account suspension or permanent ban.

10. Acceptable Use

You must not use SEOGEO360 to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, its servers, or connected systems
• Introduce malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Conduct automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction from the platform beyond normal use
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Circumvent any rate limiting, feature gating, or plan restrictions
• Use the Service to analyse or generate content for spam, phishing, or deceptive practices
• Resell or sub-license access to the Service without written permission (except for Agency plan holders, who may use the Service for client work as described in their plan)
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform's operation

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to suspend or terminate accounts without notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe a breach has occurred.

11. Plans & Billing

SEOGEO360 offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed through Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record.

• Free plan: Access to a limited set of tool runs per month. No credit card required.
• Paid plans (Pro, Agency): Monthly or annual billing. Access to higher tool run limits and additional features as described on the Pricing page.
• Billing cycle: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual). You will receive an email notification before annual renewals.
• Price changes: We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price increase. Existing subscribers will be charged the original price until their next renewal after the notice period.
• Payment: All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your credit card details. By subscribing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service.
• Failed payments: If a payment fails, your account will be downgraded to the free plan after a grace period. We will attempt to notify you by email.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Lemon Squeezy customer portal (linked from your SEOGEO360 dashboard). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

12. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time paid plan purchases. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your first payment, contact help@seogeo360.com (subject: Support Request) with your account email and order reference, and we will issue a full refund.

The 14-day guarantee applies only to the first subscription payment. Subsequent renewals and plan upgrades are non-refundable except where required by law.

Lemon Squeezy, as merchant of record, is responsible for processing refunds. In some jurisdictions (e.g., EU), you may have statutory rights to a refund beyond our 14-day policy — these are not affected by these Terms.

13. Data & Privacy

Our collection, use, and storage of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Key points:

• We do not sell your personal data
• We use Google Gemini AI to process content you submit to tools and Community features — do not submit data you cannot share with Google's systems
• We implement Google Consent Mode v2 for analytics — EEA, UK, and Switzerland users are not tracked by GA4 without explicit consent
• Community posts are publicly visible and may be indexed by search engines
• We store a SHA-256 hash of your IP address in our internal analytics — raw IPs are never stored
• Billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy — we do not store credit card data

For EEA, UK, and Switzerland users, SEOGEO360 acts as a data controller under GDPR. Our full legal basis for processing, data retention periods, and your rights are set out in the Privacy Policy.

14. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, trademarks, and other materials on seogeo360.com are owned by or licensed to SEOGEO360. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform, tools, or UI without prior written permission.

The SEOGEO360 name, logo, and branding are trademarks of SEOGEO360 and may not be used without permission.

Using or referencing SEOGEO360 tool outputs in your own work (e.g., in a blog post or report) is permitted provided you attribute the source as "SEOGEO360 (seogeo360.com)".

15. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and post in the Community. By posting content, you grant SEOGEO360 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable, worldwide licence to:

• Display your content on seogeo360.com and related channels
• Reproduce, distribute, and make available your content as part of operating the Community platform
• Use your content (in anonymised, aggregated form) to improve our AI quality scoring models

This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where your content has already been used in an aggregated/anonymised form that cannot practically be removed.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to post all content you submit, and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.

16. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

SEO and GEO results depend on many factors outside our control (search engine algorithms, content quality, domain authority, etc.). We do not guarantee any specific improvement in search rankings, AI visibility, or traffic as a result of using SEOGEO360.

17. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SEOGEO360 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to SEOGEO360 in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £50 (fifty pounds sterling).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

If you are an EEA or UK consumer, you may have statutory rights that these Terms do not and cannot affect.

18. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SEOGEO360 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service in breach of these Terms
• Content you post in the Community
• Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property rights
• Your violation of any applicable law

19. Termination

Termination by you

You may delete your account at any time by contacting help@seogeo360.com (subject: Support Request). If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it first via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal to avoid further charges. Account deletion does not automatically cancel your subscription.

Termination by us

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have:

• Violated these Terms or our Community Guidelines
• Engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Caused harm to other users or the platform
• Failed to pay for a paid plan

On termination: your access to the Service ceases immediately; any unpaid fees become due; we may (but are not obligated to) retain anonymised records of your Community contributions for platform integrity.

Effect of termination

On account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, subject to our retention obligations (billing records: 7 years; moderation records: 24 months). Community posts may be retained in anonymised form to preserve the integrity of existing discussions, unless you specifically request removal.

20. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction grant you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

For EEA consumers: If you are a consumer resident in an EU member state, you may also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Before initiating legal proceedings, we request that you contact us first at help@seogeo360.com (subject: Support Request) to seek an informal resolution.

21. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our Service, business practices, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect
• For significant changes affecting paid subscribers, provide at least 30 days' notice

Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request account deletion.
