Is the Chrome extension really free with paid plans?+
Yes — no separate extension subscription. Every paid plan (Starter, Pro, Agency) includes the full Chrome extension. The only difference is the monthly scan limit: 200/month on Starter, unlimited on Pro and Agency. Free plan gets basic GEO Score panel with 50 scans/month.
What counts as a product run?+
Each time you submit an input to one of the 27 platform tools and receive a result. Revisiting the dashboard, viewing past results, and using the GEO ROI Calculator do not count. Each tool run is one Gemini API call on our side.
What happens when I hit my Gemini API limit?+
Free (15/mo) and Starter (100/mo) plans hard-stop at their monthly limit until the next billing cycle. Pro and Agency plans run on fair-use — we don't hard-cap, but very high usage that strains our Gemini API quota may prompt an upgrade conversation.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from your account dashboard at any time. Access continues until end of the current billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable after 14 days.
Do Agency team seats share the run quota?+
Yes — the Agency plan's unlimited runs are shared across all 3 seats. Each team member has their own login and dashboard, but API usage is pooled.
