Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SEOGEO360 Chrome browser extension, web platform at seogeo360.com, dashboard, and all associated products and services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by SEOGEO360 ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

By installing the extension, creating an account, subscribing to a paid plan, or using any product or tool on seogeo360.com, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. What Is SEOGEO360

SEOGEO360 is an AI-powered SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) platform. It comprises:

• 24 AI-powered products accessible at seogeo360.com, covering AI search intelligence, keyword intelligence, content creation and optimisation, competitive and brand intelligence, technical SEO, and marketing command centre capabilities.
• A personal dashboard at seogeo360.com/dashboard/ displaying your scan history, product usage analytics, score trends, and account management tools.
• A Chrome browser extension that analyses publicly accessible web pages for AI search visibility signals in real time, providing scores, overlays, and AI-powered optimisation recommendations.

The platform is designed for SEO professionals, content creators, digital marketing agencies, and in-house marketing teams. The primary purpose is to help users understand and improve how their content performs in AI-powered search engines including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Claude, Gemini, and Bing Copilot.

3. Accounts & Registration

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at help@seogeo360.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• One account per person: Free plan accounts are limited to one per person. Creating multiple free accounts to circumvent usage limits is a violation of these Terms.
• Account sharing: Pro plan accounts are for a single named user. Agency plan accounts include 3 named team seats. Sharing login credentials outside of the permitted seat count is prohibited.

4. Platform Products

SEOGEO360 provides 24 AI-powered SEO and GEO products at seogeo360.com. Products are organised into six categories:

• AI Search Intelligence: AI Prompt Intelligence, AI Citation Hub, AI SERP Simulator, AI Reasoning Extractor, LLMs.txt Generator
• Keyword Intelligence: AI Keyword Intelligence, Topical Authority Mapper, Information Gain Scorer, Reddit Audience Intelligence, Content Calendar Builder
• Content Creation & Optimisation: AI Content Automation, AI Article Optimiser, Content Freshness Auditor, Schema Markup Builder
• Competitive & Brand Intelligence: Competitor Intelligence, Brand Authority Engine, WebMCP Readiness Checker, AI Link Opportunity Engine
• Technical SEO & Strategy: Internal Link Planner, Anchor Text Intelligence, E-E-A-T Scorer, GEO ROI Calculator
• Marketing: AI Marketing Command Centre

Access to products is governed by your plan tier. Free plan users may access all products subject to the monthly scan/run quota. Pro and Agency plan features are documented on the Pricing page.

Product availability, names, and features may change over time as the platform evolves. We will notify Pro and Agency users of significant changes to features they are actively using.

5. Chrome Extension

The SEOGEO360 Chrome extension is available via the Chrome Web Store. By installing the extension, you agree to:

• The permissions described in the Privacy Policy (Section 5) are necessary for the extension's stated function and you consent to the extension reading the HTML of pages you actively choose to scan.
• The extension is provided as-is. We cannot guarantee compatibility with every website or browser configuration.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute the extension or its source code.
• You will not attempt to use the extension to scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from websites at a scale or frequency that would constitute abuse of those sites' terms of service.
• The extension connects to seogeo360.com to record scan summaries in your personal dashboard. An active internet connection is required for scan recording, quota checking, and AI-powered features. The local GEO analysis runs offline.

Extension version and updates

The Chrome Web Store automatically updates the extension to the current version. We do not support older extension versions once a new version is published. If you experience issues after an automatic update, contact help@seogeo360.com.

Extension and platform feature parity

The extension and the web platform are companion products. Some features available in the web platform (such as full AI-powered product outputs, the complete dashboard, and PDF/Excel exports) require accessing seogeo360.com directly. The extension is optimised for real-time, in-browser analysis of the page you are currently viewing.

6. AI-Powered Products

22 of the 23 SEOGEO360 products use the Google Gemini API to generate analysis, recommendations, content briefs, and optimisation guidance. By using any AI-powered product, you additionally agree to the following:

Google Gemini API Terms

Your inputs are processed by Google's Gemini API. Use of AI-powered products is subject to the Google Gemini API Additional Terms of Service. You are responsible for ensuring your inputs comply with those terms.

Acceptable inputs

You must not submit to any AI-powered product:

• Personal data of third parties without their consent
• Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights of third parties
• Prompts or inputs designed to circumvent AI safety measures ("jailbreaking")
• Confidential or proprietary information belonging to organisations that have not authorised its use in third-party AI systems
• Content prohibited by Google's Gemini API usage policies

Output responsibility

AI-generated outputs are provided for informational and professional assistance purposes only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and deciding whether to publish, distribute, or otherwise act on any AI-generated content. SEOGEO360 does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated result.

No guarantees on AI outputs

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or reflect biases inherent in the underlying model. SEOGEO360 provides AI outputs as tools to assist professional judgement — not as substitutes for professional expertise or as statements of fact.

Non-AI product

The GEO ROI Calculator operates entirely using JavaScript calculations based on inputs you provide. It does not call any external AI API and does not transmit any data to third-party services.

7. API Usage & Rate Limits

To maintain service availability and manage third-party API costs, the following limits apply:

• Free plan — platform products: 15 product runs per month across all 24 products combined. Resets on the 1st of each calendar month.
• Free plan — Chrome extension scans: 15 page scans per month (shared quota with platform runs on Free plan). Runs locally; quota is enforced server-side at scan recording.
• Pro plan: 300 product/scan runs per month. All 24 products accessible. PDF and Excel exports included.
• Agency plan: Unlimited product/scan runs. All Pro features plus 3 team seats, white-label PDF reports, and bulk URL scanning (up to 10 URLs).
• Unauthenticated users: Rate limited to 5 product runs per IP address per hour. No scan history is stored.

Attempting to circumvent rate limits — including but not limited to using VPNs, proxies, multiple accounts, or automated scripts to exceed permitted usage — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent IP blocking.

We reserve the right to modify rate limits at any time to maintain service quality and manage costs. We will provide Pro and Agency users with at least 14 days' notice of significant reductions to their plan quotas.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from seogeo360.com using automated tools, bots, or scripts without prior written permission
• Build or assist in building a product or service that directly replicates SEOGEO360's core scoring, analysis, or AI-optimisation features
• Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to third parties without explicit authorisation (e.g. selling "SEOGEO360 accounts")
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract the source code of the extension, platform, or scoring algorithms
• Submit malicious, illegal, or harmful content to any AI-powered product
• Deliberately overload our servers or third-party APIs through abnormal, automated, or artificially high-volume usage patterns
• Use the Service to analyse websites for the purpose of facilitating illegal activity, including but not limited to phishing, malware distribution, or fraud
• Misrepresent AI-generated outputs as original expert advice, legal guidance, medical advice, financial advice, or other regulated professional opinion without appropriate review and disclosure
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any authentication, quota enforcement, or access control mechanism in the platform or extension
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation in your use of the Service

SEOGEO360 reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any use that violates this Acceptable Use Policy, including but not limited to suspending or terminating accounts and reporting violations to relevant authorities.

9. Plans & Billing

Plan tiers

SEOGEO360 offers three plan tiers:

• Free: $0/month. 15 product/scan runs per month. Access to all 24 products subject to quota. No credit card required.
• Pro: $19/month (monthly billing) or $180/year (annual billing, saving ~21%). 300 runs/month. All 24 products. PDF and Excel exports. 1 user seat.
• Agency: $49/month (monthly billing) or $468/year (annual billing). Unlimited runs. All Pro features. 3 team seats with individual logins. White-label PDF reports. Bulk URL scanning (up to 10 URLs). Priority support and onboarding call.

Current pricing is displayed on the Pricing page and is subject to change with 30 days' notice to current subscribers.

Payment processor

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. SEOGEO360 does not store, process, or have access to your credit card details. Lemon Squeezy handles all payment card processing in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

Billing cycle and renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price, unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive a renewal reminder email before each annual renewal.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing management link in your dashboard or by contacting Lemon Squeezy directly at their customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You retain full access to your paid plan features until that date.

Refund policy

All paid plan subscriptions are non-refundable. We provide a Free plan (no time limit, no card required) so you can fully evaluate the Service before purchasing. If you believe you were charged in error, contact help@seogeo360.com within 7 days of the charge date and we will investigate.

After 14 days, or after 50 runs (whichever occurs first), subscriptions are non-refundable. Partial-period refunds are not issued on cancellation.

Price changes

We will provide at least 30 days' notice of price increases to current subscribers via email before the change takes effect on their account. Your subscription will renew at the new price after the notice period unless you cancel.

Agency plan — team seats

The Agency plan includes 3 team seat licences. Team members must be added via the dashboard and must be individuals within the same organisation. Team seat access cannot be transferred or shared outside the purchasing organisation. The account holder is responsible for all activity by team members added under their Agency subscription.

Fair use

All plans are for legitimate individual or organisational SEO and GEO analysis purposes. Reselling access, sharing credentials outside permitted seat counts, or using the platform to operate a competing service are prohibited.

10. Newsletter

SEOGEO360 operates a weekly newsletter covering GEO strategy, AI search visibility updates, and platform news. Newsletter subscription is optional and separate from account registration.

• Opt-in: You subscribe by entering your email address in the newsletter form on seogeo360.com. Subscription constitutes consent to receive the newsletter and related SEOGEO360 product announcements.
• Frequency: Typically one newsletter per week. We may send additional emails for major product updates or announcements, but will not send more than 3 emails per week under normal circumstances.
• Unsubscribe: Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You may also email help@seogeo360.com with the subject "Unsubscribe" at any time. We will process removal within 5 business days.
• Content: Newsletter content consists of GEO/SEO editorial content, SEOGEO360 product updates, and occasional promotional offers for SEOGEO360 products. We do not include third-party advertising or sponsored content in the newsletter.
• Data: Subscriber email addresses are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See the Privacy Policy (Section 6) for full details.

11. Intellectual Property

SEOGEO360 intellectual property

All elements of the Service — including but not limited to the platform code, Chrome extension code, AI Visibility Score and GEO Score methodology, product scoring algorithms, user interface designs, branding, trademarks, and editorial content at seogeo360.com — are the intellectual property of SEOGEO360 and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade secret law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Service without our express prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

Your content and outputs

Content you generate using SEOGEO360 products — including AI-generated keyword lists, content briefs, schema markup, LLMs.txt files, anchor text recommendations, content calendars, and other product outputs — belongs entirely to you. We claim no ownership over your outputs and grant no licence to your inputs. You may use your outputs for any lawful commercial or personal purpose without restriction.

By submitting inputs to AI-powered products, you grant SEOGEO360 a limited, non-exclusive licence to process those inputs through our system for the purpose of generating your requested output. This licence does not include the right to use your inputs to train AI models, share your inputs with third parties (other than as described in the Privacy Policy), or use your inputs for any purpose other than delivering the product output you requested.

Feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or feature requests to SEOGEO360 (via email, the contact form, quality ratings, or any other channel), you grant SEOGEO360 a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use that feedback to improve the Service. We are not obligated to act on any feedback or to acknowledge feedback submissions.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SEOGEO360 expressly disclaims all warranties, including:

• No ranking or citation guarantee: Using SEOGEO360 does not guarantee improved search rankings, AI search citations, increased traffic, or any specific business outcome. AI engine behaviour, ranking algorithms, and citation patterns are outside SEOGEO360's control and change frequently.
• AI output accuracy: AI-generated content, scores, recommendations, and analyses may contain errors, inaccuracies, outdated information, or AI hallucinations. You are solely responsible for verifying AI outputs before acting on them professionally or publishing them.
• Third-party API availability: We are not responsible for downtime, errors, rate limits, or policy changes by Google Gemini, Lemon Squeezy, Hostinger, or any other third-party service that may affect the availability or functionality of our Service.
• Uptime: We aim to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages, and third-party API failures may cause temporary unavailability.
• Extension compatibility: The Chrome extension is tested on standard configurations but may not function correctly on all websites, browsers, or operating system versions. Websites using aggressive anti-bot protection, content security policies, or non-standard rendering may limit the extension's ability to analyse page content.
• GEO and AI search evolves rapidly: The signals, formats, and behaviours that influence AI search citations change frequently. Recommendations from SEOGEO360 products reflect best available knowledge at the time of generation and may become outdated as AI engines evolve.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SEOGEO360, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, goodwill, or anticipated savings
• Business interruption or losses arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs
• Damages arising from third-party API failures, policy changes, or downtime
• Damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials

These exclusions apply regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise).

Aggregate cap: Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD if you are on the Free plan.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation or exclusion of certain warranties or liability. Where mandatory applicable law prohibits such limitations, those limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted.

14. Termination

Termination by you

You may close your account and stop using the Service at any time. To close your account, contact help@seogeo360.com with the subject "Close Account". Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Closing your account cancels any active subscription (effective at the end of the current billing period) and initiates deletion of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Termination by SEOGEO360

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if:

• You materially breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy
• You engage in abuse of the Service, including systematic circumvention of rate limits or quota systems
• Your account is involved in fraudulent activity or illegal use of the Service
• Continued provision of the Service to your account creates legal, regulatory, or reputational risk for SEOGEO360

For non-emergency terminations (e.g. policy violations), we will provide at least 7 days' written notice before terminating a paid account, giving you an opportunity to dispute the decision.

Effect of termination

Upon termination: your access to paid features ceases immediately; your scan history and product usage data will be retained for 30 days before deletion (allowing you to export your data); and any outstanding subscription payments for the current billing period are non-refundable except as provided in the refund policy in Section 9.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts applicable to the registered address of SEOGEO360. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction where mandatory local consumer protection laws apply, those laws take precedence over any conflicting provision in these Terms to the extent required by law.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as the Service evolves, as our legal obligations change, or as we add new products and features. When we make changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• For material changes (changes that affect your rights, introduce new obligations, or significantly alter the Service): notify all registered users by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect
• For non-material changes (clarifications, corrections, additions of new products under existing terms): update the page without advance notice

Continued use of the Service after a material change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and close your account before the effective date.
